NUrses are the most Understanding people

I am a nurse and we are trained to care for people physically. But human as I am, there are times that I can not help but feel sympathy towards my patients, especially the ones who are dying or the ones who can not afford health care. I have a lot of experiences as a nurse. May it be about dealing with difficult patients and their significant others and each experience have helped me grow into the kind of nurse I am. I just hope that people would understand that we, nurses are busy during our shift and we really do try to accomodate everyone. When I was working as a volunteer nurse and as a Nurse trainee in the government hospital, I treated my patients the way I treated my patients before in the private setting. In my one year in the government hospital, I really learned a lot especially in dealing with different kinds of people. One thing I learned about being a nurse is that, if you just treat everyone right and with utmost care and not being mean to them like some nurses, they really do appreciate you and they really say thank you or that they appreciate the small things you do like explaining everything and doing nursing managements. When I was still a student nurse, one of my patients, a 70-ish man, I treated him like my grandfather and I would explain every procedure to him and I would joke with him. When it was time for him to go home, he cried when he was thanking me for caring for him like a family. I cried that day and it really made me happy that he appreciated what I did. I see a nurse, well lots of different nurses and i will say that they a really caring, as well as work really long hours.I feel that nurses work as much as doctors as well as they have experience in the same fields.When i am admitted into hospital they are all really caring and they are forever making sure that their parients are really looked after.

Yeah they are taking care of their patients.I got favor from nurses when ever i went to hospitals with some problem. They will take a lot of care of their patients when they are sick. I do love their work a lot and them.
