Hello guys,
I am finding the clue whether a health of a person is directly associated with his/her blood type (AB, A, B, O). I have AB blood type and my friend told me I am more vulnerable to diseases. Is is true? I am looking for answers from you all.
Thanks in advance!

I have also heard this one. I have also heard that the diet you need to take also depends on your blood type. But I don't think that it is really applicable. I think that your health depends on how you take care of your body.

I never heard about this. This not correct. The diseases depends on the immunity you have and some are hereditary in nature. It also depends on the environment you live.
