This is very interesting, some people feel they more mature to get up early. Even if they sleep late. Perhaps because they are more dense and activity habits that did every day. Or there is have some reasons to explain it.

I can't wake up naturally in most working days, so the alarm clock is very important for me. But I usually wake up very early in weekends, sometimes even earlier than working days, no matter how late I sleep in the night. That is painful.

mabe it's dueto solid activity, and only give your body a little rest, so that you cant wake up when your body refreshed

I wake up at different time every day... It all depends on what time I have to be at work in the morning... Be cause I work retail, my schedule changes everyday & every week... I do have a second job but that's pretty much whenever I want so it doesn't make a difference...

Nice, works with a time that is always changin, requires good time management to keep your body to stay fit. But besides that, if you love doing it, everything cant be prevented

I wake up almost the same time everyday, with or without work. except of course if i need to get up earlier because of some things i need to do that requires me waking up earlier than usual. I was told and well repeatedly told by my mom that industrious people gets up earlier and lazy ones find it hard to get up from bed, well that is what my mom and my grandpa tells me anyway. i think it differs if you are working on night shift. ;) haha

hahaha, all originated from the bahits and daily activities. As you tell before if a person works at night shift, it is not necessarily he will wake up in the morning. If there is, of course it will destroy his own body.

I have to get up at 6 in the morning to be able to leave for work at 7. That's not easy at all. My preferred time to get up is 10 am. LOL ! And, that's what I do Saturdays and Sundays, enjoy long night sleep, relaxed and refreshed.

Yups, most people think like that, use the weekend to pamper our bodies in order to re-fit again.
