For an Interview ,for the first time what are the least things we should carry with us as at present situation of 2011.May be its a bit year ending . To prepare our selves to give the related answers asked by the Interviewer.How well we should carry our self. What are the steps followed or to be observed at the interview place. As it is the first time i hope many mylotters would know how the situation of the person would be who will be going to attend the interview for the first time. How best should be the resume be and are three photos enough. Can some one tell the whole process,means from interview till placement in the such and such job. And what are the different ways for different jobs in MNC,BPO etc., some are call centers and voice process ,so which are the candidates who can be good for that post. What is communication ,and interaction.At the first we may be not that free to ask for something or talk with some one but later on we get used so what are the best ways for handling the job in good way and retaining it for a long period.
