Signal Problem on my SE smartphone

i have a problem with my communication. my phone is xperia mini pro, i have problem with my sim card's signal. it is always up and down, and sometimes it has no signal (emergency calls only). First i thought that this problem comes from my provider. but a few days letter, i do a test, i move my simcard to my father's phone, and the signal is always full, if down it is only get down 1 bar only. and it never lost the signal.
so what is the main cause of my problem? hope you can help me.

i think your phone need to be repaired.
i have ever got problem likr that.
it is my phone,siemens product.
The problem maybe on the signal receiver.
i think, if it have been reapaired, it will be okay, and your communication will be better.
