people differs in sleeping positions. and they were quite well used to each own desired position to have a nice sleep. of course sleeping makes us feel well, but some position in sleeping won't give us the comfort we're looking for when we sleep. it's the nesting factor which we are looking for to have a good sleep. for me sleeping at my back comforts me and give me a good sleep, while sleeping on my side gives me neck and shoulder pain. i dont know about you but i find people with different desired position when it comes to sleeping..anyway whatever position it is, what is very important is sleep itself..how about you which position do you love when you sleep?

Hi! My best sleeping position is side lying. I am most comfortable with this.I can breathe easily with this position. People have different sleep positions that they prefer. It may be weird for others but that's just what is for them. The most is important thing is tp be able sleep well so as to gain energy and give some rest fro our tired body and mind.

Personally, I prefer to sleep on my side, as oppossed to sleeping on my stomach or on my back. I find that there is more comfort for me when I sleep on my side.

It really does depend on my mood and the night to be honest with you. I mean there have been some nights where I have fallen right on my back and gotten a good nights sleep. Other times, I tend to sleep well on my front. Sometimes I tend to sleep well on either side. And then there are other times where it just does appear where I have no idea how I got in that position, but rather that's where I am when I woke up.
Sleeping tends to be a rather curious activity for me and the position of such more so than anything. I think that one night a certain position is going to be comfortable. Where another night, that position is going to be the most uncomfortable thing in the world. It is just down to sleeping right where I have fallen and hopefully that is something that offers me the most comfort. At least that is what my assumption would be.

I tend to sleep on my side and yes it does cause me pain! But for me, during the night, I tend to roll onto my back anyway so I sleep on my side and wake up on my back. I can't sleep lying on my back for some reason, I feel so exposed and just uncomfortable. I have friends who sleep on their stomach! How can you do that? I can never sleep on my stomach, that's probably the most uncomfortable position ever! I have crawled under the blanket while sleeping before and I slept under there. I was breathing for air when I woke up! Everyone has a different position, some people prefer to sit and sleep or sleep in fetal position. Everyone's different.

I always bury my head deep into the pillow, spread my arms and legs wide apart and occupy the whole bed. I usually lie down sideways, so I look like a car just hit me :D

I've always slept on my stomach with my hand next to my mouth sort of covering it, with the other hand under the pillow. I like to feel really secure. I've heard the way we sleep derives from how we slept in the womb or when we were babies in our cribs. I've also heard that the way you sleep indicates how organized you are. I heard if you sleep on your stomach, (Such as me), you are unorganized, if you sleep on your side, you're in the middle, and if you sleep on your back, you're extra organized. I don't know how true this is, it could jut be hearsay since I know a lot of people who sleep in all of those positions depending on how they feel.
