bayern is the best in Group A

i had predicted even in group A, too many good club, bayern will be a winner in this groups..
why?? another club in group A is not unexperienced if we are talking about champions league..
yes, Napoli is one of the power in Italy..City is amazing and villareal can not be understimated..
But bayern is still bayern i think..
their level is same like MU, Madrid, barcelona and maybe milan and juventus level if we are talking about champions league..
after beating napoli 3-2 with hattrick of Super Mario, the last game in this groups is visiting City home and do a prestigius match...
but for me bayern is the best in Group A...what do you think??

Yes, as your said, Bayern will be a winner in group A. But recent decade, Bayern performed not good in Champions league. I don't think Bayern can play well in knockout rounds.
About City, they can't achieve their goals within this season. But they will play better and better in the future and achieve any prize they want, although I don't like their way which to buy stars from other teams.

@erpcpacisa: I think you are mistaking, Bayern has played pretty good lately in the knock out stages. In 2010 they have played the final, last year they were eliminated because they were unlucky. I think Bayern can play the final, and that they are capable of winning it also.
@adhyz: I hope that Schweinsteiger will return back stronger as he was till now, and the important phase of the competitions will be next year. I hope that till then Bayern will be able to compensate him. And I hope that after the returning of Schweinsteiger and Robben Bayern will be even stronger than they are currently.

When everybody was talking about this being a horror group, I said that Bayern will qualify without problems. They are better than the other teams and need only one more point to be qualified for sure. The next game will be at home against Villareal and I think Bayern will comfortably win.
And I also hope that Bayern will win against City also, to finish the first in the group.
It is a pity that Schweinsteiger got seriously injured and will return only in January.

i believe too like you does rap..i never doubt about bayern in champions league especially in gorup stage...bayern always and always show their magic for qualifying from a hard group....
i think the next match in bayern must come to City home...iam wrong..but thats good for bayern when they must save 3 points from villareal before going to England...
wow..it`s big blow for Munchen when Schweinsteiger get seriously injured..so who player will replace his position?? Toni Kroos??

There are many options, but my guess is that David Alaba will do so. Heynckess said that he will not change the tactics, so Kroos will remain on his attacking midfielder position and Alaba will play as a defensive midfielder, on the position Bastian has played so far.

It was a good win for Bayern and that took them to the top of the group and confirms their progress to the next round. But I must say that I was surprised by the fight back from Napoli. Of course, Mario Gomez was very good. He seems that he cannot stop scoring at this moment. The sad moment though for Bayern was the injury to Bastian Schweinsteiger.

i don`t see the incident rap..but bayern had anticipated the missing of schweinsteiger...robben maybe can play and remove the position of muller from left winger become central midfielder (behind of gomez i think)...it`s easy for bayern because they had more great player...no worry for it..

I am sure that without the injury of Schweinsteiger and the completely mistaken sent off of Badstuber(after a Cavani dive), Napoli wouldn't have come back in the game. Bayern has played one of the best first halves in the last years, dominating and scoring like on Playstation.
The performance of Gomez was world class, even those who don't like him admitted this and it would have been amazing if his shot from 80m would have entered the goal in the last seconds of the game.

Schweinsteiger is the key player of Bayern, he is like Xavi to Barca. It is almost impossible to replace him, because he is the real play maker of Bayern. Robben is still injured, he has a stubborn injury.

Yes, based on experience in the Champion's league, Bayern beats all the teams in group A hands down. NO matter how rich Man city is, with all the talents in their team, there's no way they are able to win the Champions league because they don't have the experience as a team. Take chelsea for example, they have spent as much, yet they have not win the Champions league. With these, i believe Bayern will go through the group stage unbeaten, making Man city look like a fool. It would be interesting to see both Super Marios, Gomez Mario and Mario Bolatelli, battling it out on the pitch.

As a huge Bayern fan and as a hater of the teams which are like City, I do hope that Bayern will win at City's home also, no matter if won't have any stake on it. It has to be a demonstration of real team quality above a team which without money fallen from the sky wouldn't even dream to play Champions League football.
As for the duel between the two Super Marios, Gomez is leading for now having scored the two goals in the first game in Munchen.

well, I think so.. bayern had shown great mentality and skills when they almost suffered when Napoli braced at second half.. It was really tremendous match, thanks to mario gomez who scored hattrick and sealed the munchen Winning and save their day.
However, City has also showed their one of the best performance in Champion league, even played as visitor at Villareal, Yaya toure scored two goals besides Balotelli's.
Yes, you are right, City vs Bayern will be prestigious match and will judge who will be on top of the group A table..

yes, Mario gomes is super..He make hattrick..he remind me like elber..
it`s great when City as host when Bayern Munchen come....when Joe Hart must anticipate many shooting and header from Mario Gomez or Lahm and friend must keep an eye for David silva and Yaya Toure skill

@adhyz:Elber and Gomez are not the same type of strikers at all. Elber was more skillful and participated in more actions, Gomez is a predator and knows where to position himself. Gomez scores much more than Elber did, but both of them were and are very important to the team.

What I hope is that Bayern will qualify from the first spot and even if I don't like the dirty style of Napoli, I want them to qualify next to Bayern.
