sleeping is good, but snoring is not. they say that snoring is a sign of health problem. aside from being sleep disorder, snoring is a big nuisance among immediate family who is sleeping near next to you. study shows that snoring is a respiratory problem involving tissues where the air we breath flows, it disrupts the normal flow in which the air makes the tissue to vibrate to create the sound of snoring. snoring is common among overweight persons and those who were alcoholic drinkers because of the bulging tissues along the throat where the air passes when we breathe. snoring could lead to more serious health problem if not well address or given some remedies. my friend exhibit this sleeping problem and have a high risk of high blood pressure, his wife who was continuously disturbed by his snoring and suffers inadequate sleep triggers her diabetes..once we were in an overnight outing, and i found it to be really hard to fell asleep with someone next to you making loud snoring..how about you, does someone tells that you snore when you sleep?

I don't know if I snore or not! I don't have a partner to tell me! I have had partners in the past but they never said anything if I do or not! I had one boyfriend who snored so bad I could not sleep! I had alot of sleepless nights becausee of him! My sister's husband does and he is suppose to wear a breathing mask at night. I think he has sleep apena or something else. My mom was a snorer! I remember as a child when she would sit dwon in a chair, she usually was tired and she feel a sleep! We referred to it as a chainsaw cutting wood! Snoring is not a pretty sound and as you said can be caused by other problems.

So I've heard. Of course, it is really going to be something that I'm going to have to take the words of other people for it. I don't remember me snoring. Then again, I do wish there is going to be someway to observe myself as I am sleeping. And recording video of myself sleeping might be rather kind of creepy to say the very least. Granted, I doubt that I am that bad at snoring. There are some people who tend to snore up a storm. Then again, snoring is really something that doesn't matter in the long run. There are just going to be people who are going to snore and it won't be that much of a problem. You're just going to have to learn to live with it. Then there are some people who are snoring to the point where it might be a problem. I don't think that my snoring would be a problem. Then again, I doubt that anyone really thinks that their snoring is a problem.

if you snore and you're alone, then that won't be a problem because no one will be disturbed even you snore the loudest, but if you have company then they'll begin to tell you in a nice way about your snoring, which actually disturbed others.

Hi! I do snore whenever I am really tired especially if my position is blocking the airway so as producing the snoring sound.Snoring is an indication of a blockage in our airway if you really snore always better have a check up with your physician or make sure your sleeping position does not impede the airway.

Luckily,I don't snore.I asked my mom if I do and she said I don't.I think I am still very young to snore.I am also slim.:) It is true that snoring is a threat to health as it is caused by the obstruction of our air passages. It means we are in trouble when we snore when we sleep.I read that sleeping in side position will help reduce or even remove snore.:)

any position that will help ease the passage of air and avoid obstruction will do best to minimize snoring..but that's not the real cure..someone must seek medical analysis and treatment to address the real cause of snoring

yes i do when i am exhausted. most of those time when i comedown from a mountain hike all week end. but i though that snoring are sign and symptoms and not the real cause of diseases "snoring could lead to more serious health problem if not well address or given some remedies". are sure you did the right research... well i did study pre-med. and if you can't sleep if the buddy next to you snore like a loud sound system you can always go to another room. or you let him sleep in the couch. i always do that, i don't sleep next to someone snores and i don't sleep next to someone when i too exhausted. and if there is not other room and couch you can buy ear plugs. it really works... you should tell your friend about it...

yes snoring is a symptoms pointing to some real diseases, specially in the respiratory system particularly the involved bulged tissue in the throat which obstruct the flow of the air we breathe.

I think a lot of people tend to snore if tey are really tired and have had problems with sleep.I feel that there are people who also have sleep apnea, and they get into a really deep sleep. My husband snores, he also has sleep apnea, he says that i also snore, that is when i finally get off to sleep.

I don't normally snore in my sleep. However, I have noticed that I'm more apt to do so when I'm laying on my back. When I lay on my stomach, (Which is how I usually sleep), I never really catch myself snoring...But if I'm laying on my back, I always seem to find myself snoring loudly. I even did it on the phone once! I was talking to my friend, fell asleep, and started snoring! It was so embarrassing, haha.

Nobody told me I snore when I sleep. With regards to snoring problems, my boyfriend really snores a lot and so loud. My mom already complained to me that my boyfriend snores. And yes, I find it hard to sleep since I sleep next to him because of loud snoring that sometimes I transfer to another room so I can sleep well.

Hi there! I just would like to share with you that I don't snore but my boyfriend does. When we started sleeping together I noticed that he snores so loud that it really is very disturbing in my part. I don't know the reason why a person snores but in my opinion maybe because of so much stress and I also noticed that most men do snore.

In my case my husband says that I snore, and when he alls asleep before me I ell him that he snore, when m son is sleeping I notice that he snore too, and is too because my son is in overweight and husband too, and I am too, so that is the reason because we snore I think.

I do but not that loud only when I'm too drunk that's when I snore like a dinosaur Kidding aside I can control my snoring through sleeping face down which is what I'm comfortable of. I read some articles before about this and somee doctors said that if the snoring is too loud and life threatening because it can obstruct your breathing while sleeping they will suggest some kind of a throat operation to clear the air passage.
