My Activities When i get Upset

Guys all of us has a changable mood right?
Take note this, when im upset these are the
activities that i need to do. I clean the bathroom,
i clean entire house in and outside and if i have enough time
i wash my clothes and go to my garden
After all this activity for sure i am very tired
and then i forgot that i am upset.
and sends me to bed...see just a simple things
you recover when you get upset.

I agree with you that it is good to clean when upset. It seems I get alot accomplished when I'm upset as far as cleaning goes. I mean i'm really motivated with my cleaning and I get things done quickly as I think about all that is going on. I also like to read and study material when I'm upset it takes my mind off the issue a little.

I think it is also best to be quit when upset. When we are upset we tend to speak fast and harsh and that definitely will hurt feelings. And then the house looks nice and I feel a little better, at least about that.

You amaze me. I was just upset and while reading your discussion it made me not to. You better stay here in our house and I want you to be upset all the time 'coz when you are upset, we got a good result. hehe Kidding aside, you have a good plan on how to overcome when you are not in a mood. Instead of saying profane words or anything, you choose to be busy so you can't hurt anyone's feeling.

It's a good thing that your anger makes you more productive and industrious. It's a good way of venting your anger.
Though, in my case , if i am upset, i would say a prayer to help me control it and go to a friend to talk about it. Talking about it, let me express what i feel, and after that , i am already okay.

Hi! You did the right thing girl.MAke yourself productive and busy even when your upset.Its better than sleeping and thinking about the sadness.Eat rather than starve yourself,exercise rather than sleep all day and pray that you will be able to cope with it.:D

When I get upset, I attempt to workout or maybe watch a funny TV show or listen to music! I usually listen to music though because there is a song for every mood! If I'm feeling down I may blast some Kid Cudi, and since he's my faorite artist, I feel I can better relate to his lyrics. On are occassions, I may write a poem, or a song (probably a rap, or I'll draw a picture or a portrait. Typically, art can assist my anger as well but now I'm attempting to use built aggression to explode in the weight room. Its interesting to see how others handle their anger.

I think that is really great to spend your time in a positive way. Usually people are become lazy and sit idle when they are upset or tense.
I simply waste my time if I am upset. I really appreciate your attitude of making the time productive.

i think i only 2 or three activities when i get upset...
1. i open my laptop and connect with internet..i open some of my facourite sites like mylot, shvoong and reduce my upset..
2. i play futsal or football and make me more spirit and can forget my upset..
3. maybe i am sitting alone in the beach and think again what is my life purpose..

I don't think i can vent my rage in that way, though it sounds great. To be frank, i lost myself when i am upset. It is hard for me to focus on anything, let alone doing housework. Sometimes i just sink into computer games, particularly FPS games, when i am angery. Fortunately, it works.

Why do you do housework when you were upset? Did not you do it when you were funny? Just kidding. That are good ways to make someone not feel upset anymore in a short time. I think you shout accept that sadly truth than hide it with housework. And try to solve it as soon as possiple. If you waste you time to forget upset, you will not have time to make things happier.

Wow, you still manage to stay productive even when you're upset. That's amazing. Cleaning indeed takes away unwanted thoughts. You just need to focus on removing the grime or dust and by that you easily forget about your mood. However, when I'm upset, I usually feel tired as well. I would just lie down in bed and try to sleep. My bad mood usually goes away after taking a nap. However, when I'm not tired, I just play computer games. That only helped a little though. I might as well try cleaning the house too the next time I'm upset and see how it might improve my mood.
