Can anyone show me websites teaching Pronunciation Online?

Hi everyone, I have learnt English for several years but my English Pronunciation is very bad..........I really want to improve it but I find it very difficult to evaluate whether I pronounce the words right or wrong? So anyone here is native speaker can help me improve my Pronunciation? Thanks a lot in advance
