Starring Amy Adams and Matthew Goode. It's about a girl who has been in a 4 year relationship and wanting to get married- so she travels to Ireland to propose to her boyfriend, since in Irish tradition, when you are proposed to in a leap year, you should accept it. But not everything goes according to plan- a storm came and she was forced to ask for help from Goode, and along the way, they fall in love.
Overall, the movie was pretty cute and funny. It might be a bit cliche, but it wasn't all that bad, like some reviews say. The main characters had chemistry..and I was smiling and giggling during the whole movie.

I love this movie! I have probably watched it a dozen times or more since the first time I saw it. What he nicknames her luggage. Funny! And how non chalant he is. The bride's wish for her husband was great too! And that whole wedding segment was halarious. I think critics need to have their heads examined.

The plot is somewhat similar to that of a 1945 British film titled "I Know Where I'm Going!". I saw it a few years ago and loved it. Maybe that's why "Leap Year" didn't quite do it for me. But it has its fun moments.

I am not really fond of chick flicks, but this one was okay. The cast had god chemistry although I do not now who the guy was, I do now the girl from Enchanted.. it is nice to see her play a more mature role..

I love the movie too. It's a feel good movie, and also very funny. The story is kind of cliche, but the way it was presented was nicely done. Indeed, the main characters had good chemistry. The scenery was also breathtaking! I would love to go to Ireland.

For some months now I always skip this movie when I think about watching it. I guess it is about time to watch it. Thank you for reminding me that
