Anyone heard of PTC line?

Are you a member of this new PTC site? Anyone here knows if it is legitimate or scam? It looks interesting for me because they pay up to 2 cents per click but I'm not sure about it because it is not listed in PTC investigation because it is a new site it's been operating for only 2 months. What do you think guys? I don't wanna spend my time there unless I can make sure that it is legit
