"Should Men put the toilet seat down, when there's Women in the house"?
This has been an on-going argument in my house. I don't care to see the 'bowl' every time I walk into the bathroom. There's a reason why they come with a lid. I don't want to accidentally drop something in the open bowl and have to dig it out with my hand. It's just like a trash can. We use a lid for them. What's your opinion?

I guess i'm biased where this is concerned. Since I'm a woman.:) I think that the men should diffinitely put the toilet seat down. It is annoying when it's not put down. For the most part this is taken care at my house. Although sometimes he forgets to do it.

I think all men should have the 'respect' when any females are around, to close the lid. It sure is annoying and nasty looking, when it's left UP.

I agree with you. It is very gross when the toilet seat is up. They for some reason get in such a habit of leaving it up that they have to get in the habit of putting it down. No one likes to fall into the toilet either. So it's something that they have to consciously work at.

I don't see why men can't take two seconds to put the seat down. I always put the top lid of the toilet seat down when I'm done since I don't want my cat drowning! LOL 
She used to go in it as a kitten and I was always afraid she'd drown. So now, out of habit, I just always close it.

That's right. It doesn't take any time or effort to close the lid! That's exactly why the lid should be closed..ya never know what's gonna fall down the bowl!
