maybe your account has been freeze because it was over 100$ if you are not verify member there.

Yeah I received a notification in my mail. Then she asked if I received it,I said yes but haven't credit yet.Then she checked it and said unclaimed,receiver is unregistered.

I little bit confuse here. As long as I concern, you can receive payment from unverified paypal but you can't withdraw it to your bank account. Can you little specific???

Maybe they change their rule ..... I think you need to verified your Paypal account. You can do it using credit/debit card or directly from your bank account. I am also sailing in the same boat. PayPal has limited my account which was going on well for more than an year. I am still dealing with their customer service, who keep assuring that all evidence submitted is adequate. I have been hoping for the past more than a week to get the good news. Else I have to talk to them over phone!
