If you don't smoke, then please, do not even try. I tried in my early teens, and can not quit!

I hear you, I am a smoker, whos been trying to quite now for over a year, from what i hear, cold turkey is not a way to go, cuase chances are you will start again, i have been slowing cutting one or two out of my day, until hopefully done to none! Good Luck
