For some of us, vegetarian diet is a way of life. Indeed proved to be a healthy lifestyle. It is very simple because when you go to the market you only buy vegetables, fruits and substitutes, yet the menu is not as consistent and varied and often requires much imagination. Similarly, the feeling of saturation does not occur immediately, causing you to eat more. Physical consumption may lead you to think only about food... We can't say that is just so easy to keep a vegetarian lifestyle. Why people become vegetarians, only for health or being against animal sacrifice? What do you think?

Health benefits are one of the primary reasons why people become vegans. Low cholesterol and blood pressure, weight loss, less use of medication, and feeling and looking great are some of the many health benefits. I believe that religious belief can also pursue one to become a vegetarian. Many religions support healthy eating. And yes you are right, most vegans see how animals are being mistreated that's why they do not eat meat, to spare the lives of animals. Some people also find meat unappealing.

There can be some reasons for people to become vegetarians. Some people think that eating more vegetables are healthy. Especially they think that eating more meats will gain weight and therefore it leads to some healthy problems such as high blood pressure and so on. And some people think that it is too cruel to eat the animals. So they choose to eat vegetables only. And some people have a wish and want it to come true. So they have make some sacrifice and they don't eat the meats instead. I love China

For me, it's just traditional, although I don't like the smell of it. I am vegetarian. But, there's no specific reason except my family is used to be. Now, having grown and developed our own taste, I don't like to eat meat or fish. I prefer to be vegetarian. There are lot of varieties to be cooked with vegatables, starting from salads, soups and extensive cooking.

Many people go vegetarian because of health conditions. When they are diagnosed with a disease they decide to go vegetarian to improve their health. Some go vegetarian because they have pets, and they cannot imagine eating animals because they imagine eating their pets.I am now planning to go vegetarian because I have pet chickens.I remember my pets whenever I eat chickens.lol Some go vegetarian just because they love vegetables, and they hate the taste of meat. But it rarely happens.:) There might be more reasons why people go vegetarian.

I eat veggies but I am not a vegetarian Maybe because I cannot really eat so much veggies but I try to because I feel that it helps clean my body at least once in a while I have to because it's not really good eating meat everyday. I think they choose to be vegetarians for a healthy lifestyle not only because they are against animal sacrifice.

Well, people mainly choose to become vegetarians because they love their pets that they believe eating butchered animals is unethical. Other people become vegetarians because of doctor's advise. Others do it to be healthy.
