Almost 2 weeks, each times I turn on my laptop, this dialog box always appear and at the dialog box it wrote: Name: dnserrordiagoff_webOC Type: HTML Document, 6.60KB From: ieframe.dll I had no idea what is that?.. could anybody help me figure it out what it that..

I agree that most likely it's a virus autorunning at startup. The best answer is a check with an antivirus, but also you may review the startup on msconfig so you can see if there's something strange there, which is quite likely.

1. Download a reputable Antivirus product, for example: Avast or AVG (both free) 2. Install 3. Run a full scan 4. Accept the offer to deal with whatever viruses it finds. 5. Make sure that you turn ON automatic updates in the AV dialog box
