Both sides presented closing arguments today. The case has gone to the jury. I think that both sides presented strong arguments.
I have no idea what the outcome is going to be. I wonder what other mylotters are thinking. Have you been following the trial. How do you think that the jury is going to find? But more importantly, what do you think? Should Dr. Murray be found guilty?

I don't think that Doctor Conrad Murray was very honorable as a doctor and didn't take enough pride in his medical license. Some doctors take pride in being a doctor and being ethical, but Michael wasn't happy with his energy levels and his abilities like he should have been. He was indeed incomparable about dance, music, and many other things, but chemical dependency is something that destroys a person regardless of being a talented man that didn't need it to begin with.

I think that Dr. Murray may have once been a a very honorable and decent doctor but I believe that being Michael Jackson's personal doctor may have gone to his head and to his pocket book. It happens.

If he was willing to do it to begin with,I don't think that ethics was an issue. Michael needed some help, there was always a way to vex away.

Maybe he genuinely believed that he could help Michael and was genuinely trying to, at least in the beginning. I think that Dr. Murray got in deep over his head and did not know how to get out.

Based on the evidences and testimonies presented in court it is evident that Dr. Murray tried to conceal evidences. He did not call the paramedics right away so that he can have enough time to hide the paraphernalia. It is sad because Dr. Murray could have save the life of Michael Jackson by immediately calling for help. Dr. Murray also failed to disclose to the responding medics the various medications he administered to Michael Jackson. These are only two of the reasons why I think Dr. Murray should be found guilty as charged. I believe the jury will end up with a guilty verdict.

Based on what I've read I believe that he should be found guilty. I personally believe the prosecution presented a much better argument than the defense. That said, you never know with big cases like this. Even if he is found guilty I can't see him having a terribly harsh punishment.

Well, we should find out soon enough. I think both sides presented a good case. Remember, all it takes is for one juror to have reasonable doubt. I feel sorry for Michael Jackson as well as Dr. Conrad Murray.
I feel Dr Murray is most guilty of poor judgement. He mad some bad mistakes and he is paying the price.
Michael Jackson made mistakes and he paid the ultimate price.
