Hello dear fellows, under the present circumstances, the state I'm going through is the most painful... I spend nights working in the office and during the day, I just cant sleep... Depression has taken hold of me. I find myself suddenly bursting into tears, getting impatient n angry for nothings... The clouds of this sudden lonliness hang heavy on me. There's a sudden desire, a sudden yearning for Happiness... HA, how kind it would be if we'd a 'happiness pill'? Like a sleeping pill. Swallow the pill and in 15 minutes, you start feeling happy... Oh how kind of all, it'd be.... Or certain machinary, which would give rise to happiness, instantly?? Like sit in the electronic (or electric, doesn't matter) chai, press a button and wow, I'm happy... Alas! It can't be true. I'm meant to suffer and there's no getting away... Had you ever wished and craved for a Happiness Pill? How it would make things easier! I'm but crazed, I guess... Sigh... Thank you for reading me... God bless you...

"Depression" has taken a hold of ya? Did ya put up a fight? I don't know the circumstances there, so I won't say much. I have no clue what it's like to be depressed, but I do know that, the word alone....scares me. If I found myself bursting into tears and getting angry for nothing, I would jump up and do something about it. I would tell myself that I deserved better and I refuse to live that way. There's no such thing as a happy pill. You have to make that happen on your own. If ya had faith in yourself, I'm sure that's possible.

hi friend, If you are depressed, please eat a long bar of chocolate! That would help you to calm down yourself. And for happiness, i believe it is our desire that make us do what we want. Have a firm desire that you want to be happy and you will not allow the negative thoughts wander you. May be try to make others happy that is another way of 'being happier'. Don't think anything negative about yourself as you are also unique and special and try to make the most of it. We all have ups and downs in our life but don't you agree that is what is life's experience all about. If you are always happy, how would u understand what is sadness, if things are always easier, how can we learn what is difficulties. Like any other pain killer, i think, happiness pill will only erase the pain for a while until unless u find a true happiness doctor....

Hi Viju.. Thanks a lot for your valuable advice.. I am Unique? In what way! Well, if God had said this thing to me, then I have several questions popping up... The basic is, am I uniquely designed to face all the troubles and feel good for others are happy? Well, you are not God, but a great friend... I think I should see a doctor, a psychiatrist... Thanks again!

Hi, Every creation of God is unique and you are also one among them. I am sorry you are under the state of depression. Why not try what you love to do yourself? May be a brisk walk, a visit to a friend whom you have not met in the last couple of months, may a call to someone in your family. Are u sure you wanna to see a psychiatrist?? why not put across all your questions here, i know you will not find that God to answer but you may be more replies from the unknown 'lotters'/ friends here. take good care and be happy.

I used to think happiness wasn't meant for me When I found myself happy it was by mistake. Like I had stolen happiness. But once I Finally understood that I deserve happiness then I had my own type of happy pill of sorts. We all have times when wew are so low but know this you are not all alone, You have friends. Try to just take it one day at a time. Write me if you need me.

Hi Sarah, yeah I know that one. In fact, I'm going through that. A moment of happiness makes me feel as if it has not been mine and am doing something, that I ought not to do. Friends are there, always and life would have been so empty without them... Thanks a lot!

I really think that many times, trying to get away from the negativity and things that trigger the pain is going to be a good start to say the very least. There are just going to be many times, where negativity leads to negative and depressing thoughts. Thoughts that are really not are going to be the best thing in the world. Yet there are going to be many times where those thoughts are going to be skewed into something slightly something else. Positivity might not be the cure all. But any progress is going to be more than great. It is going to be something that is going to allow us to move step by step. Something that is going to push us along, one inch at a time, allowing us to really get these things more than done. I really find myself enjoying these moments in life. Still sometimes it is rather hard to really push aside our agony and think positive. One day at a time. A happiness pill would only dull the pain before reality comes back harder than ever before.

Hi Matt... Yes, I agree the happiness pill wouldn't solve the issues.. And the issues seem only to be growing fast and high up above.. It is more than I can bear... I am gonna have some drinks today, hope that'll help me keep away from negative thoughts... :) Thanks a lot pal... Have a good day!

It's easy to be happy. Just look at yourself in the mirror and Smile. Do it on a hourly basis if u can, and before u know it, u are smiling naturally. With that, u will feel happy for no reason and that's it. First step to achieving happiness is usually the hardest, but that doesn't mean u won't succeed. Simple joy is a form of happiness too, so why look so far ahead for complicated ones? Instant happiness or not, depends all on u, not circumstances nor medication.

Hi Miss... Your advice is excellent. I remember reading something of this kind in a Dale Carnegie books. In ordinary circumstances, this'll definitely work.. I've doubts about it now, but I'll try... Thanks a lot!

Some says life is hard and that is a reality. Being happy 24/7 seems to be impossible for many.Life cannot be constantly happy. Expect problems and difficulties as normal part of life.To help you with your problem, you can read this http://nut.bz/28wezpvu/
