Internet Sharing = Puzzled

Hi techies out there! I got a problem with regards to internet connection. It's not about slow internet connection cause it is always been a problem to me. Well, I got a laptop and a computer. I use this two alternately whenever I wanted to. Now my neighbor would like to share to our internet connection after she buys a new laptop. The problem now is that when the time comes that she would like to share internet connection, i don't know how the whole thing should be set up. Mylotters, I really need your help especially those who are expert when it comes to computers and internet. Thank you so much!

As far as I know, the Internet Service Providers or ISPs in our country do not allow customers like you to share your internet connection to others. For reasons that they will lose potential customers and may be, they are avoiding having customers like you experience downtime or slow internet speed. I believe it is indicated in your contract that your internet is for your own consumption or the usage should be within the house only. Have it confirmed first. Better be safe first than be sorry later :)
