Do you work out!?

I work out everyday in the morning before starting my day! i don't go to a gym or anything, just 45 mins of working out various exercises at home and it really makes everything beautiful. My whole days goes on great with a pleasant mood. My body feels healthy too!
What about you! do you work out?! free-hand, yoga anything? Please share :3

Working out is under-rated. You put in the best music you have and spend a piece of the day with your worries and anxieties either pushed aside or put into a full on work out. Both relieve a whole lot of tension. And the music sure helps. Afterwards, more energy all day. And it does help with looks and confidence too. It makes me feel like a better me.

I agree. It is very enjoyable. A great way to enjoy without having to spend a lot of money. It makes us feel good, it's a win-win situation.

I do workout everyday for one hour. and it is very simple exercise,just walking around and climbing stairs. After doing exercise, I feel very comfortable and it often makes me in a good mood, haha.

Yah, i do it for around 45mins, freehand exercise though nothing that heavy and it still freshens up my mind and body.

i do not workout regularly, i only workout if i have time for example ahm when there are no projects or assignments ( since im still a student :P) i do 50 curl ups, 20 push ups, 3km brisk walking, 30 crunches, dumbels _(60) 3 reps each, when i have more time i go to the gym :D
