How do you balance your family responsibilities and work?

I often feel like I'm not balancing everything well. I'm able to work part time outside the home for less than 10 hrs. Then most of the other work I try to do online. As most of us are aware it takes a lot of time to make anything online. I have a little daughter and I stay home and take care of her. I always wonder how everyone else balances everything especially while trying to earn online when it requires a lot of time. Do you ever feel like it takes to much time to earn online? And that you should just stop trying and focus on your family or other pursuits?

Hi, Dominique: Any one should balance between his family responsibilities and work. but the problem Big How get that balance. My Idea for anyone to do all the work in time and do not to delay any work, try to organize their works, and do not take any work to home. By the way, if you have some free time in work, try to share your family with, by phone calling and by asking their need if it is possible. Also, i think that it is fine,if anyone can delay the dinner time to be with their family after work time. We should get use of our holly day, by company our family to a short trips if it is possible. Organization and Planning are the secret. And after that all, we pray to our God to give a suitable and extra time to be able for balancing our time between family and work.

I agree it's hard to figure out how to get the balance that we need. I think that organizing work would be helpful. I think for me that can be difficult because it seems that I need to often be earning since it's so hard to earn a decent amount. Especially online. That is a good idea to get family involved if we can. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.

Hello Dominique25, I also find it difficult to balance my work and family life.I have a regular offline job which takes approximmately 10~11 hours of the day and then for online work i have little time to devote as i have 2 kids but the only advantage with me is my wife who takes care of them as well as me as i have not much work to do at home except looking after my 2 naughty kids sometime. But coming to online stuffs i think i don't get enough time thats the reason i don't earn much from it.

Yes you are very busy. Working that much is a lot and then you have to do a little work online as well. I'm sure that you appreciate all the help that your wife does. And I agree that taking care of children is a lot of work. Thanks for sharing with me.

Well, it's a matter of time management. I am also doing online task and i can also manage my family properly. I have 3 kids, all of them are already studying, i have no nanny, i do all those things from preparing our breakfast to washing their clothes (with washing machine hahahah). but my tiredness was alleviated when i saw my kids happy. that is just my point of view.

I agree that time management is a big key. For me it always seems like there isn't enough time in the day to get everything done. For my schedule it seems like earning online takes so much time. For example to earn a decent amount here takes practically all day. I'm glad that you are able to manage everything well.

Actually, I also get some difficulty in balancing my life. My office require me at average 11 hours (although I get paid for extra 3 hours). And at home, I started doing online thing. I still do not have children so it has significant effect. But I still thinks that I must find out a way to balance this. I will not give up, it just a matter of balancing. If I loose to it, I will never can gain anything.

Yeah I think we all have to keep working at it. And working 11 hours a day would make the day go by so fast. Keep trying and I'm sure that you will reach your goal. Thanks so much for sharing.
