So before you start throwing away some old items like this carved wooden chest which use to store boxes of cereal, and paintings, and meaningless things, you may want to Google it or at least have it curated before doing so.
Just like this heirloom of the Gloria Vanderbilt - wooden chest, which turns out to be one of the earliest chests made in America (1865) and is now worth a whopping half a million dollars.
Who would have thought of this turn of events or rather, fortune for Gloria Vanderbilt?
So, do hesitate for a moment before you throw your fortune away.

There are many things that might just be in your house that you don't even give a second thought to. I know that this was the case after my grandmother passed away. We were going through her things to get rid of them and I wanted to just throw some things away because they didn't have any meaning to anyone. However, it turned out that some of her chickens (she collected them) and a few other things in her house were worth quite a bit.
