I understand what you mean. In the initial stages of understanding how to make money online, you will be bombarded with lots of information. You do not know which ones will give you the information you need to get on with money making strategies. Yes, we would all like a scam free environment online to be able to earn legitimately. In the real world that isn't going to happen. There is going to be more scams, thieves, and spammers than legit opportunities. We have to research and talk with people constantly that are trying to do the same. You are so right. Especially those survey companies. They talk about paying us but we get very little or nothing. And they are probably getting paid pretty good. Fortunatly, I have wasted more time than money. I just know that if I see something that says we either have to pay or buy something, I don't care how much it says we can make, I delete it!

if you really want to earn money online. The first rules is this. Don't invest. Once you need to pay in order to earn. Get out. Okay. Just think like this. The reason yo want to earn online simply because you need money. Then way do you need to spend money to earn money. Gets my point? I earn about 50 to 100 dollars a month. But I don't invest a dime.
