what is the best color for christmas?

I think it all depends on the person. I am a huge fan of purple it is my favorite color. So I have a little tree that is purple, but overall I really do enjoy seeing all different colored lights. SO many people just like red or green. Make it all yours that is what I say.

Hi MyleZrl. Ever since I was a child, red and green lights say Christmas to me. I do love all the different colored lights though. Our inside tree for the family has multi-colored strands of twinkle lights on it. Outside I like to use the red and green bulbs. I don't know what color brings fortune, but for me, red and green brings happiness during the holiday season.

If your looking for a color to do outside, the usual colors are green white, yellow or red lights. Personally when I see a home done in blue lights and not over done, stands out more. I miss doing the decorating each year. We were not so much into lights as we were into different objects we built for the yard. It was a family project.

I love red and green , red for happyness and green for life. usually are the colors of christmas. Lately, they have been using only one color to decorate the christmas tree such as : only navy blue, or golden , white as snow, or purple. One year I decorated my christmas tree with only white and silver when I finished it looked so sad I didnt like it , so , I decided to put back all my old ornamens in different colors , since then I decorated as traditionally : red, navy blue, golden and green, those colors may bring joy to our eyes, I dont know about fortune, We just celebrate the nativity of Jesus Christ and that we most spend it with our family.
