Triond Earnings - Adsense or Their Own?

I am with Triond from past couple of months but not much active there. I have written only three articles which have got just total of 5 views. When I saw my 5th view I saw increase in earnings too. It was $0.01 from $0.00. I don't have adsense account linked there. I wanted to know how these earnings are made because they are not my adsense earnings surely so triond must have their own payment methods. I wanted to know how I earn on this website. Does this depend upon visitors or it depends on my number of words? How?
