All PPC sites are scam?or any site payed to you?

I was referred to many PPC(Pay Per Click) sites claiming to be worthy of time and for making money but as the time passes I found every site a scam.
So I was wondering is there any site available which will really pays to it's user and not a scam?I am sure many of you also wanted to know the same answer..
so please add your valuable comments if you know any legit PPC site.....

thanks for your heads up and I'll surely take a look on the sites you are referring....
but let me tell you one think I am very tired of scam PPC sites so I am very confused about any PPC site..

I have tried plenty of ppc website and none was legit. Either they never pay me at all or somehow, they banned me when I am near the minimum payout. This happened when when I have not broken any of the TOS. As a result, I have decided to stay away from all ppc.
