Could be that most people here are not roman catholic, could be other religions or just simply Bible believers....as far as I know, there was nothing mentioned in the Bible about purgatory or limbo, but heaven and hell was definitely mentioned a lot of times....

I used to go to a catholic church and even studied in a catholic school for my high school and college education. I was wondering since then why this church has practices which are in contrary to the Bible. Through reading and researching, i learned that the catholic church has other doctrines and dogmas being implemented which are not supported by the Bible.

and when i ask my fellow full pledged Roman Catholic in Faith members, they can't answer it but only said that it is wrong to question God because it's a BLASPHEMY...
they only advice is to follow what we learn on our Roman Catholic Religion because other religions will do everything just to capture our minds and be a member to them, hahahaha...
their reasons having no Roman Bible basis right?

Both inventions of the Roman Church neither have a scriptural basis

Thing is that after the then Bishop of Rome broke away from the Orthodox Church and formed the Roman Church in the 11th century, Aquinas mixed Christianity with Aristotelian an d the Roman Church introduced many non scriptural ideas including, selling forgiveness (or holy office) for sins (Simony)usurping the the authority of scripture and replacing it with the authority of the pope.
Remember the curtain of the temple being torn asunder? At the time of Jesus the priest was separated from the people by a curtain, interceding for the people with God. Jesus causes the curtain to be torn asunder, no longer is there to be any one between God and man, Jesus stands as sole intercessor.
I would suggest that members of the Roman Church still believe in such inventions as purgatory and limbo because they are conditioned to rely on a priest to tell them what to believe. This is like children in school that rely on teacher to instruct them rather than a mature Christianity that relies only on scripture and the light within

many none Roman Catholic Religions said that LIMBO and PURGATORY are not found in the Roman Holy Bible,
now,
if the Roman Catholics believe what was written in their Holy Bible,
then why is it the Roman Catholics kept on believing this Purgatory and Limbo even not found on the Bible?
I am a Roman Catholic in Faith Religion and that is the reason why i am one who knows that the religion i have are plenty of beliefs that are not found on our bible but still believing and conducting a gospel...
it is like the boss of your company you are working told you assignments to do a new project, but you revised what your boss said and that new project is based on your own and not from your boss anymore, and the new applicants agree that your boss is a good boss of all the bosses but they didn't know that the project they working is based on your own ideas and principles and all of it are against the original plan of your boss....
why is it that the Roman Catholics until now keep on believing on PURGATORY and LIMBO?????

you said:
"the Roman Church introduced many non scriptural ideas including, selling forgiveness (or holy office) for sins (Simony)usurping the the authority of scripture and replacing it with the authority of the pope."
now i have some new topics to debate and argue my fellow Roman Catholic devotee,
let's see if they can answer me but i know that the only thing that they have to say when i ask them = i am sure they will only reply me "BLASPHEMY" hehehe

I guess not all Roman Catholic believes in Purgatory or in between. Purgatory is only a priests creation and it is not written on the Bible. Some Catholic leaders just created that word to scare their members.
There's only Heaven and Hell. So that's the only 2 places you can chose after life.

I just wondering if the Pope of Vatican also believe in the existence of PURGATORY and LIMBO...
as far as i know, if the Roman Catholics doesn't follow what the Vatican Believing for, then they are not considered as Roman Catholics....
but only a Catholics but not a Roman...
