Whenever you try to reach a certain amount of water glasses, try to make a list how many glasses you've actually drank in a day. Also, try to not drink water all at once. I mean you should just divide your water drinking time, like 2 glasses in the morning, 2 glasses at noon, 2 glasses in the afternoon, 2 glasses at dinner, and 2 glasses in the evening before bedtime. That way, it'll be easier to complete the healthy daily amount of water.

Before, I can drink up to 12 glasses of water a day. I don't know what happened, I can't drink that much now. I always get too lazy.

I drink 8 glass of water per day. Sometimes I don't know I have drink 7 glass of water. In rainy season I don't know how much glass of water I drank!?

A glass is 250ml, so 8 glasses is 2 litres. The trick is to have a small bottle of water with you always - on your desk, in your bag or pocket - and to take regular sips from it.
If you don't like the flavour of pure water, you can add a little lemon juice to it or use fruit juice. The important thing is to have sufficient liquid during the day and how much depends on the temperature and your activity level. 2 litres is adequate. If it is hot weather or you are very active, 3 litres or even 4 may be needed but once you get into the habit of drinking small amounts constantly, your body will tell you how much it needs.

Before I also have a difficulty in drinking up 8 glasses a water a day but now I try my best to drink 3 liters of water everyday since water is very good to our health and also lessen my caffeine intake from soda. I motivated myself to drink water since it can reduce my eyebags and also improve my health since the more you drink water the more you perspire and pee which in turn remove toxins from our body. And also drinking cold water in the morning will make increase you metabolism for the whole day.
I usually have a bottle of water besides me whenever I face my computer because this time i can really concentrate drinking water and this becomes my hobby. It helps me a lot since it supply my eyes some liquids and as a result my eyes doesn't go dry after how many hours in front of my computer.
You will always can drink up to 8 glasses of water as soon as you get to it and make it as your hobby. =)

To be honest- i NEVER drink water. Unless I'm working out at the gym and need something to cool me down. But i maybe drink a water bottle full. I hate water.

Water really beneficial in our health.As much as possible I always try to drink 8 glasses of water in a day or even more.Most of the time I failed too hehe.But just keep on trying caused it is really good for our health.
