You can take help of yahoo answers and facebook to get more referrals . make as many as friends in facebook and tell them to join under your referral link its so simple

Make a blog if you don't have one and promote your blog. Forums also help my friend, Be active in a forum that relates to your affiliate and give some good responses. Don't spam. Most forums have a signature for you to put and that will lead them to your site. Also you can use anchor text to make it much interesting and gets more attention. - example- instead of xxx.xxxx.com you put it "Earn Money Here" or whatever your affiliate is about.
