How to be happy?

Nobody and nothing in this world can not bring you happiness, it is in you and expects to receive. As long as you can not be happy with yourself no longer have anything to you, you can be happy only temporary and illusory have a state of happiness you give things or feelings pass. Happiness is a permanent state of mind that once you no longer lose earned. What we mean by happiness really need to feel fulfilled, to have as much as me and be strong, it is has nothing to do with true happiness. Happiness means to accept both your life and those around you do not try to change it and you do not want more than you. Happiness means to reconcile with life, to get, it comes from the acceptance of everything as is.

Happyness is not exactly for everyone. with other people, it is felt in other way. The poor feel happy when they have enough money to expensive their life. The rich is always want to earn more money to be happy but they are wrong. More money is along with more trouble in their life. But if the rich use their money to help the poor, both of them will feel happy. The poor have more money, the rich find the happy in giving money. For me, I am a neither poor or rich. I want to do charity but I have few money for it. So the good way is that you or someone will give me more money so that I make charity and expensive my life.

I think that you have to know what you want from your life, and you also have to know how you are going to be able to achieve the goals that you set for yourself. I am thinking about what I want to do in my life at the moment, and I am trying to make a life plan that is achievable in both the long term and the short term, because I know that I work better if I have a plan. I am never happier than when I hit another one of my goals, and this means that I am constantly working towards them and seeing what I can do to be different in the future.

Being the kind of person we really want to be, to find that answer we look to when we were a child, we dreammed about being somebody, not in a career, but that kind of person that we really want and that is different. Most of us are afraid of being who we are because is might be very different from the majority and if we were, we would all be lights in this world but as most just walk with the stream we hardly have intersting people. Knowing that all my family members are fine and save everyday. That is the most important thing in my life that make me really happy.

well my freind you are right that materialistic things cannot give us true happiness. things like money gives us only temporary happiness true happiness is that in which our soul is full of joy...... and this happiness will come only when we help others........ same happened to me whenever i see someone smiling because of me....... i feel like i am in heavenand very near to god

people around me, my loved ones, their love and caring, and caring for them, for me this is the happiness. you are right, things around you doesnot provide you the lasting happiness. also being thankful to God for you have also gives you happiness.

My life is easy and simple,a good book and a cup of tea would make me happy enough.Plus,a great movie could also make me relax and happy about life.Anyway,just do whatever to enjoy your life,we only have two choices,so why not choose to live a great life.lol,have a nice day.Every is a gift to us.

I am very happy whenever I see my cute pets.I feel very happy when I am with my family,especially my mom.I feel happy when I get high scores in tests at school.I feel happy when my earnings in mylot for the day is big.I feel happy when I am here in mylot. There are many things that make me happy,and most of them aren't material things.But I will be happier if I now have an ipad two and and lg optimus 3d.:) I think the key to happiness is contentment.:)

just like what you have just said, materials thing will not give us truly happy. it is just a temporary happy.it cannot stand in our life for long time and it will not give long impact for us. The truly happy for me coming from my relationship with GOd.When you cant feel your relationship with your God, it will make you feel so hollow and just like living this world without any destination. when i can feel God, always blessing me, give the best for me really make me happy. Knowing all about that give me a great happy and give a big impact my life. give me more power to face this life. making me more patient when i got big trouble . struggle this life with smile.

yes you are right dear that materialstic things donot give us true happiness........ relations,money also come in such a list it is because as i believe in god only our true happiness comes only when we will help other or we will not see anyone smiling because of us.... it is true happiness my freind... when i see someone especially Child smiling because of me i feel a real joy

Hai friends,being always happy or unhappy is our option.we know that pain is inevitable,but suffering is optional.so our mind is the factory of being pleasant or not.believe in big and dream a little.live simply,the ultimate decision goes to the Great God.

Hi loidee You know we may say "I am happy" but we are not really do for many reasons sometimes.To be truly happy is not easy for many people.Maybe someone who always do something or with some people that he or she really love can be happy.In my oppion happiness is a complicated thing,easy to say but hard to do.

What makes me happy? I'm a bit too simple of a person to be sad. The fact that I see other people happy is enough to make me happy though the fact that other people are sad doesn't make me sad at all. I simply cheer for them deep within me. It isn't easy to be simple but it has a great benefit at certain times.

in order to be happy, one must be contented with one already have. it's true that material things could not bring happiness. but being content with what you have, then you wouldn't be aspiring for something else. which in turn wouldn't cause you so much unhappiness just because you do not have something. i am not all that religious. but being happy with what you have would make your life happier. but don't get me wrong. i'm not saying that you shouldn't aspire for something greater. i mean, go for something, but still be content with your state right now. kinda hard to understand, but i hope you get the point.

Well, there are thing that make my life happy..Physical enjyment,and also spiritual.. I am more enjoy in spiritual things,i am happy or gld in hert that i have God in my hearts, He blessed me for my whole life and have great savior Jesus in my life.. Things that i am happy in this earth is to have friends,somehing we make funny things..
