If second hand clothes are given out as gifts or displayd by a volunteer collector to be pickd FREE. will this solve a problem.

This will definitely solve the problem of those that don't have enough clothes especially those who were victims of natural or man-made disasters. However, we must make sure that the clothes we are giving are in wearable condition so as not to hurt the feelings of the recipient/s.
