I can't really avoid to over react everytime I read about some comments, blogs, and anything else saying bad about us Filipinos. Some Americans or someone in western keeps on tagging us as apes, monkeys, poor, ugly, and worse, calling Filipino women a wh*re, b*tch, and even s*x slaves!! as if we are a lower being compared to any western nationalities. (Considering I also have mother, sister, cousins and nieces). I don't get their point! Are they thinking that they belong to the higher class of human being because they are born white and English as their native language? And us Filipinos would be forever noted as "trying hard to speak English" or so? I don't really generalize but I can't ignore it. It affects me so so bad everytime they speak to Filipinos like that. I simply don't know how to deal with those statements or anything against my race.

Some of people are racist, that's just the reality of life. However, if i'm not mistaken, many western people now live and married to Filipinos, isn't that correct? so i think there are also plenty of western people who love your country or asian in general... Maybe those people who call Filipino ladies with names you mention above is because of they lost their spouse to Filipino ladies and they cannot handle their frustration and maybe the way they think about other people is what make them lost their spouse in the first place.
