I'm looking for sites that operate like iWrite to get writing jobs from. Any ideas?

Have you tried the bidding sites? (Elance, Guru, oDesk, Freelancer and so on.)

I'm not so lucky with bidding, the few times have tried, I was not so lucky. May be I do it the wring way.

Like most online earning, it's a case of persistence. It took me about a month to land my first job on Elance (and I used all my free bids, so it wasn't a "few" tries). Once you've got a little feedback it gets easier - I haven't done any work via the bidding sites for about two years but I STILL get individual invitations to jobs occasionally.

There are of course a number of online writing sites. I have been writing articles, short stories, reviews, and so on, on some of them. The site you mentioned is new to me. I have been active writing reviews at the site "Reviews Stream". As the name implies, this is a site for writing reviews.
