i first heard it during college days on psychology class.that though we age up but our attitude do not.i mean there are some who undergoes thia process.traditionally,if we age up it is expected that our wisdom increases.but for some this is not happening.as they age up,brain prowess also is decaying.that is i think is what we mean by reverse aging. in the contrary to what i just got hold unto few weeks ago.i got curious on the book because the motion picture of it was talked by so many plus the fact that a great actor like brad pit took the title role.hence, the question - what is really in that book tjat everyone is hooked on?but the curiousity faded bacause of my busy schedule and tight budget. the right time to affirm or deny the fame of that book will just come. and one boring day while malling,i stumbled upon a book sale.and on the stand the book i wish to read two years ago.plus one other book (this that i have to share on my next post). and the title of that best sellers book - the curious case of benjamin button. without further much a do i bought it for 50% off. i did not waste i started reading it in the jeepney back to my rented room.to my surprise: it was actually relaying the idea about reverse aging put in litteral setting.wham!just the thing i need to jumpstart my very busy brain into brainstorming for my classes in art appreciation.phew!i just love books.

I love books too and yes...they can be very inspirational. This discussion reminds me of something I learned in Psychology class too. It might not even relate but the subject was brain pruning. It was said that at or around adolescence that the brain begins to prune itself and the growing neurons begin to have an end. I read that photographic memories and things such as night terrors usually end during this time. That could be when and why the brain starts to either age up or stay the same or maybe even age down. Hmm...something to think about.

which brings me to the idea what will happen to me when i age up. i mean if i reach at what they call that age when my brain won't be working anymore. phew! i just can't imagine going back to a baby status. i'd rather die rationally awake rather than living irrationally and having so many people around and tending on my needs.ugh! i have seen a lot and what a scene! and believe me it's not something to be curious about.
