I don't know if I should pity Ramona or be mad at her.
And why did Yahoo claimed this statement: " Genelyn Magsaysay says daughter Ramona Bautista left the country because she "feared for her life ".
Why Ramona feared for her life. When his Big Brother who was taken life not her.

It only creates much suspicion if one escape to another country. Just like PGMA, who needs to go out of the country. It's better if you just stay and proved to other people that your are innocent.

But PGMA's case is a little different. I don't think it can be compared to this case. She has health conditions that must be treated, while the other's reason is because she just fear for her life and she wanted to be free from all these problems that has been happening with her family.

Yes and I think our city has or will be charging her with perjury because she reported to Las Pinas City police that she was abducted by armed men and was left in a place called Zapote, then she later recanted her statement, really very confusing

She fears for her life because she knows she is guilty. Why would she fear her life if she has no involvement? Her brother was killed and she should be so concerned to help in solving the case instead of hiding. If a person is not guilty she needs not fear. She can always tell the truth and the truth will always set her free. Nevertheless, obviously Ramona has something to hide so she chose to just run away. The reaction of Ramona and his other brother have already betrayed them. Look at his brother, he kept hiding his face. His whole face was all covered up even when inside the jail. What was he hiding? If I am not guilty, I need not hide my face. I'd show the world my face and tell them I am not guilty and I will prove them by all means my innocence. Instead of hiding my face or running away, my innocence would give me courage to stand and prove to anyone that I have not committed any crime.

There must be something that she is afraid of that she herself knows alone. Wherever she is this time, we'll just hope she's fine. Leaving the country is not the solution of her fear.

They have lived in the limelight for too long that they their lines are taken straight from the telenovelas. I interpret that statement to mean that she was afraid to stay in jail like her brother Ramon Joseph. Their lines are so cheesy that when I watch the news I can't help but roll my eyes. I don't know if she's guilty or not, but she's certainly hasn't acted like an innocent person. She's probably getting a lot of flak here for lying about being kidnapped and leaving her brother and girlfriend to die to save her own skin and she can't take hearing them.

If she fears for her life the only thing you can do is leave.
I assume there is a good reason to be afraid since it's not easy to leave your own country.
And if they kill your brother (family) why not kill you.
I don't think this is very hard to understand since most people find you bad if your dad or brother or other member of the family is bad as well. Less chance they will say you are different.

This things are just an scapegoat of what she has done.
I am just wondering why didn't the police issued a hold departure order immediately. Everyone knows that Ramona has the capacity to travel abroad. Another mistake for this lame police officers.

Sometimes actions do speak louder than words....whatever reasons she may have for fleeing the country days after her brother's brutal killing surely defies logic and common sense. She may not have pulled the trigger, but from the look of it,she's equally culpable and should face the consequences.
