Does anyone have lucid dreams? This is when you KNOW you´re dreaming & can do what you like in the dream but it´s different to a daydream because you are asleep & can´t move your body. I haven´t had one for a while. Sometimes I wonder if they are astral projection (leaving your physical body) or just lucid dreams. I know some of you don´t believe in this kind of thing but for me it is fascinating. We use something like 19% of our brains & the rest is a mystery.

yes i have had a few lucid dreams. sometimes if they are good dreams and i can control the dream it can b rele fun. i have also wondered if it is astral projecting as when i was a child, i used to have a so called dream and i wud get out of bed to pick up my glass of water but my hand wud go right thru the glass, i wud get soo frustrated about it. in the end i wud jst go bk to sleep. but being a child i didnt think this was weird and i was positive it wasnt a dream, but i never told peoeple about it coz i didnt think it was odd

yes, once i had a strange dream about being lost..and all of the sudden i realised i am dreaming, but since i had my eyes open in the dream,i didn't know how to wake up...i was even thinking of lying down and fall asleep in my dream so maybe i wake up in reality but i was in the middle in the street and maybe it sounds weird but although i knew it is a dream it felt strange for me to lie down on the street...oh well i finally woke up and was very glad i did

Once and awhile I dream like this. It is a really odd experience because like you said you can control your dreams but you can't move

I almost did this once, but it was a disturbing dream, and it was more of an escape mechanism to realize it was a dream. Before I could take control and do something cool, I woke up.

it turns out that we use 100% of our brains, cause im sure that if we took out 50% of what were not using it's going to effect us. it's just that some people have more connections in there brains. more conections between nuerons and what not...
c'mon 8th grade science
an astral projection is where ones conciousness moves/shifts out of ones body, or ones awareness moves/shifts out of ones body.
Lucid dreaming is where your are exploring your inner thoughts, your sub consciousness. it's where and when you can explore all the information you've ever seen or heard.
it's amazing what your subconscious knows, and how much you know compared to...
