what ever happened to tickle.com?

When I was in High School, before Facebook and Twitter, my friends and I are found of going online for Tickle.com. It's a site wherein there are tons of really nice and fun personality tests that are so accurate.
It's fun to be aware of your inner self through these quizzes. Now, I'm trying to find the site but it's non-existent anymore. I'm wondering what ever happened to a site which was so popular before.
Do you know this site?

I used to take lots of Tickle Tests as well to pass the time. The site's no more but sometimes when I have time to kill I got to Blogthings and there are also lots of quizzes there, similar to Tickle's.
