Many way to care for ourselves as drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Adopt a healthy lifestyle such as not smoking, eating fruits, vegetables, cut down on sugar, oil, ice cream, candy, chocolate, and carbonated drinks. Do not forget to exercise each week, two or three times a week. Our body contains about 70% water. Water quality affects the quality of our drinking water contained in the body. Our body consists of cells. Similarly, the bacteria. Loss of water caused us to lose the energy level. Without water, blood can not flow, oxygen and nutrients can not be transported, waste residues could not be removed and organs can not function smoothly. If chlorine kills bacteria, what would you expect the effect of chlorine on our body cells? The study links chlorine and chlorination by-products of bladder cancer, liver, stomach, rectum and colon, including heart disease, atherosclerosis (hardening of blood vessels), anemia (shortage of red blood cells), high blood pressure and allergic reactions. It also causes damage to the skin and hair. There is only one answer - remove chlorine from drinking water & food. Therefore, we need to drink healthy water quality regardless of contaminated products, if not it will only worsen the situation.

Some people drink eight glass of water daily, so that they can have a healthy body.but in truth, your water needs depend on many factors, including your health, how active you are and where you live. Water is the most critical nutrient for life,Your body is 60% water. Every day you lose water through your breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements. So you can drink water depends an how much you need, are how much the body can take.

It's good to know that there is a technique in drinking water. What I am doing is to drink at least 6-8 glasses a day. Two glasses before retiring to bed and two glasses upon waking up. this was the advise I got from a friend who is a water wonders fanatic. Since water has no harmful side effects when taken correctly, I did it. Based on my observations, doing this makes me really healthy. I don't bouts of chest pains and hyperacidity anymore. But I will also try what you have suggested here and will observe waht would be the effects on me.

Everyone has their own way in health care, including how to drink water throughout the day. There are those among us who drink water half an hour before eating and after eating, drinking water after waking from sleep and before bed as well as drinking water when thirsty. If you feel that way, give your friends suited to you and you feel better, then to use the other way does not need it unless you want to try varieties are recommended because not everyone is suitable to drink with the way other people especially if we I used to drink in the same way every day.

Why you said like that? Whether due to a shrinking clean water? Are you bored with plain water to drink every day? Whether the existence of a variety of healthful drinking water makes you less likely to drink plain water? Can you share with me?

Hi cikryah! I love drinking water. I used to drink lots of sodas and coffee before but I changed that habit because I noticed that my skin was getting dry. In as much as possible, I drink up to 8 glasses of water everyday. Or even more when the weather is so hot. I did not know that there is a correct way to drink water. Well, thanks for you post, now I know ;)

ya drinking water is good and i think is the best drink for many occasion , for me i just drink gulp by gulp, but now finish a whole glass in just a gulp which may cause water to enter the nose or lung, i usully take a mouth ful a time, however, maybe sometime after sports tend to drink more mouthful and choke alittle.Cold water is nice , but sometime may cause headache and cold later which will cause cough.

That true, the cold water is not good for our health, but when the day is very hot and our bodies feel the urge to drink water that can cool the body, cold water is suitable for drinking but not regularly because it will interfere with our immune system. I remember my teacher once said that the body of one who was getting fat and large is due to the days of drinking cold water. The effect of that, he has health problems now, including the lack of a healthy lifestyle.

I always buy 2 cases of bottled water every week or so, and I end up drinking 5 or 6 waters bottles everyday. I've lost 110 pounds so I'm sure drinking a lot of water has helped me do that. It definitely regulates your system so everything works a lot better. I've noticed it helps my digestive system a lot.

Without water, our life cannot complete because we don't use water just for drink but to other things such as to cook, to shower, to wash clothes, and so on. We must appreciate the water as one of sources in this world.

That so amazing. As always, we are encouraged to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, but you take more than recommended by most doctors. May also be due to the need of water in our bodies that vary according to body size, the size of the glass or bottle used may not be the same and the health cause you to take more than they should.

Oh really? I haven't heard about that before. Well, thank you. I'll try that some time. You're right. We have to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Our body really needs water to wipe put all toxins in our body. We need that to replace all the fluids loss in our body day to day. Water is indeed very useful.

Our body is estimated to be about 60-70% water. We need water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to our organs and tissues. Water also transports oxygen to our cells, removes waste and protects our organs. Your water drinking method is very interesting, I have tried it a couple of months ago and I try to repeat it almoust every day (it is hard for me to be patient enouth to let the water cool for a while). I do agree with you and I recomend a healthy stile of life by drinking water!
