God is working hard..

Every now and then you can feel down trodden, I mean like being stepped on. Your heart sometimes gets hurting and God sends you something to make you feel better. For me, today, it was reading this discussion so thank you for starting and having it, it just was there at a good moment when my thoughts were looking for something uplifting. My journey with Jesus at my side is not I am afraid as tender as yours, though perhaps I should pray too for something similar as you did babykeka80. Not on mylot but in another place online, I have had to deal with some very monsterous people that were very abusive, insulting and rude in connection with religous subjects. As unpleasant as it was I knew that I could always rely on God to keep me safe.

I don't have such a story to share and to be honest I would really feel sick if I had to talk with women about god as if there is nothing else to talk about. What also bothers me is that those religious people are seldom honest and social and are less willing to work themselves. It's always god doesn't want me, god did or it was god's will. Do all religious people have such a lack of self esteem and are they all prefer not to be responsible for their own deeds (it's always god who did it). It really beats me. I also don't understand why you suddenly went back to church. Was it because you felt lonesome and you were not able to fill your own life? It would be nice if someone can explain that to me because it all doesn't make sense to me at all.

That is so wonderful. It's amazing what can happen if we open ourselves up to what God wants to do for us.

Oh yes we sed to do that in my church, we used to get together in a house of one of us and choose a chapter of the bible to socialize the message God give with that chapter, it was very good for us because it help us to build a friendship and be stronger in God, and get ready to share the message with those that are in need.

I don't have such experience going to someone's places and reading scriptures. But what I experienced was God is really good refreshing my mind and making me believe that every trials can be solved. I was going through some tough times before and I felt the heavy weight I was having was gone and soon after that problem has ended. Though I am sorry to say that I do not believe that all Christians are good. I am a Catholic, I thought Christians and Catholic have the same church - but I learned it was different. They go to some place and worship and share words of God and post such on their facebook wall. But behind this, they still gossip about people's lives (not about me ) I thought they should gossip about the words of God and not about other people's lives

It always feels awesome when you feel God is existing in your life. You will feel complete and happier than ever. You just have to continue trusting Him with all of your heart, soul, and mind and surely, He will never depart you.

It is good to hear that you have the calling for God. God helps a lo t of people who are in troubles. Even though we don't see him, still we put trust unto him that He can help us. To make us stay away from bad doings.

There are just things that happened to us unintentionally, but I do believe that everything has its purpose. There are times that what I asked for are not being granted so easily but as time goes by it made me realized that there is a right time for everything; and like you, I knew that god heard the thing that I asked him for when I told him to guide me in passing my licensure examination; at present I am now a registered nurse
