Website That Helps You Find A Job

I am losing my fire on my current job, and I am thinking of applying for a new one. Over that past few days, I am searching through the internet where I can apply. Lucky enough, I saw some posting that fits to my qualifications.
The question is what is the website that helps you find a job?

I preferred www.naukri.com. But this is a local site for India and has good openings. More on an international scale is the www.monster.com. Usually monster has a local site for each country as well. For e.g. for India there is another site called www.monsterindia.com.
