I withdrew all of my money from my Alertpay account on October 28, 2011. On November 3, 2011, the status of my withdrawal had changed from Pending to Completed. Today's date November 8, 2011, there is money in my local bank account yet. I lost my patient and created a ticket to seek their immediate action to my money. May I know if anyone of you has the same problem with Alertpay or not? I am worrying all of my money will disappear without having any acceptable reason.

I haven't used it for a while because it takes so long!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do prefer pay pal it is so much faster. I did just request some money from Micro workers and they don't use pay pal anymore they use alert pay and last time I requested money and sent to alert pay it took me 11 days to receive it! Pay pal only takes a day or 2 don't like alert pay but I need it fro some of the jobs I do. if they would not take so so long it would be so much better! I have never had a problem with them with my money other than it taking so long to get it. I am sorry that happenend to you and I hope you get your money.

I were so happy and lucky to collect my money at the end. Besides, there was a feedback from the management of Alertpay about my submitted support ticket. There was a person from Alertpay team who replied to my discussion and offered me a personal assistance to resolve my problem. Once again, I finally received my money and I were told that the processing period would soon be improved too.

To be honest I only recently heard about alertpay. I don't have an account like that but noticed that chinese sites where you can buy stuff are working with it as well. Perhaps there is a good reason why the money is not withdrew from your account? I assume they will respond with agreement if you do so, but if something is changed or not able too they will call it back. Why not take contact with customer service or have a closer look at your account?

I don't like Alertpay. It hadn't offered to send money to credit card for a long time and I don't know when it is available. Since it costs less to withdraw money by this way. And sending the check by post is also unavailable. So finally I had to choose to wire the money to my bank account but it costs me USD15. Anyway I had to accept to it, otherwise I will never get my money. Then I input my bank information and hard to believe it said my bank information was invalid. This doesn't make a sense as this information is as well as I input to Paypal. It is so frustrating. Finally I found someone who transferred money for me. Namely I transferred my Alertpay money to him at first and then he sent the money to my Paypal account. I must say that this is a very risky method but I had no choice. I love China

From my understanding, never trust those exchanger or whoever try to withdraw the money for you. Many of them disappeared after you pay them the money. The Alertpay will ban your account too if you use this type of services. Anyhow, I finally collected my money in the late of the afternoon after my submission of my support ticket. The management of the Alertpay replied me that that was the processing period for bank wire withdrawal. They also promised to improve this matter soon.

I hope you will receive your money soon. If you don't receive it exchange your money with another payment processor (Okpay, moneybookers, Solid Trust Pay) and request your money.

Good news to all of you. I received my payment after my submission of my support ticket. I felt happy because I still managed to collect my payment at the end even though the deduction was around 44.3% and the long waiting period was 11 days. However, I shall still scare to have my second attempt to use this service again.

Yes, you are right. Paypal is my first priority too. Although I finally received my payment from Alertpay after my submission of my support ticket, the deduction of the processing fee was extremely high. The deduction was about 44.30% . For me, I were so worry during the 11 waiting days. the experience was definitely different by comparing to Paypal. However, I am still feeling risky or unsafe to use this service.

Hi aieou78 My name is Sean and I'm from AlertPay. I would like to offer my assistance. Could I have your account name and/or ticket ID so that I may look into the issue? I would just like to shed some light on what may be causing the delay. - Banks only process on business days (Monday to Friday). If your withdrawal was exported from our system on Thursday, November 3rd it would have fallen on the cusp of the weekend. - It may take a few days for a bank to route the funds to the appropriate account, some banks even hold the funds for few days before releasing them. - Certain countries use intermediaries in order to accept international bank wires. Unfortunately, this is out of AlertPay's control and can drastically slow down the process as your bank and the intermediary they use work on routing the funds. There is no need to worry; we process many withdrawals a day, all over the world. Unfortunately, some withdrawals take longer than normal as described in the factors above. I thank you for your patience and understanding. Cheers Sean

I finally received my payment at the late afternoon of the November 8, 2011. But the processing was extremely high. From the amount of $53.88, I just could receive around $30.00. Anyhow, I shall be glad because those money are still with me now.

On Alertpay is disable to withdraw money trough credit cards fot several months now. It is strange that you have option to withdraw your money. I am disable to do that. I hope they will fixed this thing soon. But now I prefer Paypal as payment processor.

Bank wire withdraws with the high processing fee $15.00 is the only method we can do now. After my submission of my support ticket, I managed to receive my money at the same day, in the late of the afternoon. Although I just could collect around $30.00 from my actual balance of $53.88, I did feel satisfied because my money was finally still with me. ha! ha! 11 days waiting period was very long.
