I think you can go to any local DWSD and ask around about adopting a baby. It is the agency that go about this adoption. There are some regulations to be followed and requirements to be filled up before one can legally adopt a baby.

The best thing I think is if you go to DSWD. There are a lot of babies that are just abandoned. So I think that is the best bet. There are also young kids that needs to be adopted. Just go to the facility and say what you want. They might require some paper work and stuff to prove that you can afford to take care of a child.

Find a good family lawyer and ask for legal advice. Might be a bit expensive, but he/she will tell you the things you can/cannot/need to do to adopt a child. A lot of adopted kids who weren't legally adopted have all sorts of problems when they're grown and their adopters die. Adoption is for the best interest of the child and less for the adopters (well, that's at least in our system). As suggested above, you could go to DSWD, but, still you have to consult a lawyer, especially if the person you speak to in the agency is not one. It's safer that way.
On other aspects, you have to be able to prove that you're not only financially capable but also emotionally and intellectually ready. I have a friend who adopted her daughter and the process takes a long time. She's now 2, but the case for adoption is still in the court and the hearing is still taking place.
Never agree to adopt outside of court and just make the birth certificate appear that you are the bioligical parents. That's a crime and it's not adviseable to do that. (Although some lawyers will say that is an easier way. I know that personally because that has happened to someone I love dearly. It's a good thing the kid is now and adult and has not questioned or other people have questioned his adoption circumstances or else his parents would have been charged.)

It is good to adopt a baby my brother and his wife adopted a baby boy and they love him very much.
If you have a Holy Family congregation in your place, you can keep in touch with the sisters who ran the place. They usually house women who have unwanted pregnancies. They let the woman live in their convent and support her spiritually and physically until she gave birth and they will take in the baby.
The babies then will be for adoption. This is where my brother got their baby. You can also keep in touch with the orphanage in your area. You have to go through some process because the nuns and orphanage will have to screen you if you qualify to adopt a baby.
Hope I was able to help!

The best thing you can do is to visit a DSWD office. They have the requirements and conditions on how to adopt a baby/child. They will also assist you on how to go about it.
It's a pity that you can't have. Others try to abandon their children and here you are longing to have even only one. Good luck to you. May you have one soon through adoption.

Perhaps you can adopt a baby abroad? This is what many people do over here too. Why? Because our own law makes it very hard to adopt a child from our own country.

i think..before you can adopt, you should qualify to be a adopting parent..here in the philippines, you cannot just adopt someone anytime..you may go to DSWD to inquire about that..and before you adopt someone, be sure you are really sure about it..because you can't just adopt anyone at anytime then you can't give the child the parental love and support he/she needs..
