To those who own a website, I just wanna ask your page rank? My website lofty-ideals.com was born on October 25, 2011. I added a page rank tool in it and I just wonder how will it increases. Is it based on unique visits or quality content or the age of the website. I am just curious about the page rank thing. :-) There are a lot of sites I visited that has PR 3 or 4 even 5. I just wonder how it goes.

Oh I see, but with regard to selecting the best keywords, I am not good at that. Are there softwares or tools where we can refer our keywords if they are good? Speaking about backlinks, I am not sure if what I have understood about it was right. Say for example, leaving comments to another blog by linking your blog url, can we say it is a kind of backlinking activity? Anyway, I am grateful for sharing your useful insight. :-)

One of my site just got updated to PR2, however I am not sure what I did that resulted in that. However if you want to know what I did for my site I could help you with that.

Well I have two websites, I just found out one of my site have PR2 too, but then that is not the point, I am not sure what I did to get it, so I am going to do everything wholesale so my other site could have PR ranking too. Perhaps we can help each other in that sense.

Hi maharlikah, the points you mentioned all required for getting an increase in your PR.Today my sites got an increase from PR1 to PR2. Actually I am not doing daily updating of the site.Quality content of course is the main reason for the boosting factor of the page rank.I think your overall internet activity also considered for this purpose.
