Foods you need to eat !!!

Stress is the silent killer which effects 50 percent of the working population of a country. Here are the food we need to take to distress. Foods that help you distress: - Low-fat dairy products like low fat cottage cheese or cheese -Nuts like almonds, pistachios etc -Decaf green tea -beans or lentils -brown rice -Oats - Oily fish like salmon and tuna -Lean beaf -Egg whites - Chicken with out skin -Asparagus -Sweet potatoes -Leeks -Water cress - Sesame -Sunflower -Flax seeds Also drink lots of water, with a few squeezes of lime.

I agree that stress is a silent killer but it is one disorder anyone of us can prevent. Try to have ample of time for your self and be content with your life. Focus on actions rather than results. Have fun; don’t take things too seriously.Don’t compare yourself with others(this is very important, think of yourself as unique so no one is same as you..you can either be better than them or different to them).Focus on being what you love rather than being love.Cultivate abundance mentality.Failure is normal part of successful life-so make friends with failure.Look back and not just look ahead. Cultivate your enthusiasm. Never forget to sleep well!!
