Mylot put my English on the track of improvements!

When i put up my first discussion up here on mylot it got multiple of replies saying "now as that you have internet learn some proper English " it has hurt me lots of time. But now mylot has got me a better way of making my English reading and Writing a best out of me. I read a lot and tries to write with proper proverbs. Now i don't receive any complaint against my English since last couple of months.
So this is yet another thing mylot gives me. Again i am thankful to mylot and all mylot users who supports me. Thank you.

Well I admire you for taking those comments in such a way, I have seen many students on here from many countries all trying to learn English which I believe is not always easy, so good on you, I think you are doing well...

If you said your English is bad then I must call my self " The worst ever",
no kidding buddy.
It's natural if foreign people not have good English (I believe your from India), English are not their mother tongue. Sometimes I saw (rarely) people who had English as their mother tongue but they can't speak/write properly in English.
Don't worry too much, MISTAKE CAN MAKE US BETTER (if we learn from it of course)

You guys, Olleenz and Kul2010 are amazingly having great discussion which perhaps encourage others too who are still making best English out of them. I agree that it is Universal and very important language in order to communicate with the foreigners.
And yes you are absolutely right about my nation, but i guess, you guess that i am Indian, did you?

There are plenty of people everywhere who speak and read and write English and do a poor job of it. Yours is fine compared to some of theirs! keep working on it.

yup, i'm also a learner.
I want to be in America for making american friends and that is pretty much cool. But my English is not comparatively good as others whose it is mother language. It will take bunch of years to be one like whose mother language is English or more specifically like American.

With the use of myLot, I hope to maximize my earnings but also increase a bit of my writing ability. Here I can employ more vocabulary words with no penalty if they're used incorrectly! I hope to continue my progress on myLot so that I can become a better writer and analyst as I may pursue a profession with certain analytical skills necessary! Other than that, I enjoy being involved in numerous convos and discussions and I'm going to use this oppurtunity to improve my knowledge of current events, practice sentencing and punctuation, and meet alot of nice friends on the way too!

It sounds like you are absolutely a professional English language speaker. and yes, i do enjoy making revenue too along with learning english and many other activities. Perhaps it is not possible to have face to face interaction her but discussions are doing the job best. I agree that getting involved in discussion makes you commenting so often you get a reply and that makes your language more better(if you reply back of course)
It is said that you should be unique and shouldn't copy anyone, but sorry guys i will copy your important tips and encouraging speeches in my mind for ever which will keep me doing better English speaking. Tips and supporting speeches are so less listenable in my country so, I am so sorry for that i copied you.

One thing I've learned from one of my classes last semester is that language is used to communicate. As long as the message is getting across, I think you'll do just fine :) Furthermore, practice makes perfect. If you are using the language more often, there's a good chance that you'll get better at it in a few months. So keep on posting! Happy myLotting!

I will be doing great English as long as i makes practice of it, and by the time it will stay with me lifetime that is very good of course. May be learning english is like learning swimming, once you learn the best out there, just keep doing it and it won't go away of you. OK! that's up for now and thank you dear for encouraging me.

Mylot is a good training ground for those whose mother's tongue is not English. Our daily activities in mylot allow us to express ourselves freely thus building our confidence in using this language. When others understand what we wrote in our posts than half the battle is won and the rest is for us to slowly acquire through trail and errors.

what yo are saying in your discussion easily.that person should not have said that as its agaqinst mylot guidelines for any of us to
mock a user for his or her English. To me you all are amazing as you start out with out much knowlede of
English and steadily improve all the time. If I tried to learn your'
language I would do really awful as I am not a quick learner of other

Wow, congratulations. Actually, I feel the same on my capacity to write even if no one has directly told me that I have a poor English writing skills. I have learn to put my thoughts in order which would be easy for the readers to understand what I feel. The skills I also used to help co-workers in filing their request for salary monetization and financial aid for health reasons. Now, I am more confident with every letters that I make especially that I am receiving favors/acknowledgement from friends that my blogs are good. Thank you Mylot!

I'm glad to hear it mayur. Yes, indeed mylot is a good site for improving our English skill. We might not be able to attain perfect grammar but little by little we learn a lot from here. Just continue to ameliorate your skill in English. Who knows someday you'll be one of the best writers on mylot. :-)

good for you mayur71091.. its never too late to teach yourself to improve your English.. never say sorry if you still feel that your english is bad.. as long as you got your point on your discussions then its understandable.. Nobody's perfect.. Even I.. anyways keep on doing what you do best..
