Portfolio for One's Self - Reminiscent of Unforgettable Events in One's Life

It is just recently that I realized every human person deserves to document any event in his/her life, may it be major or minor ones, so that memories are kept alive even in years to come. These can be done through taking photos and/or videos of one's self, friends and family. Who among you kept and are still keeping photos of yourselves from childhood up to now and how do you react having seen how much you've changed?
