Paying additional fees for fixing crappy connection

A few months before, I was having crappy internet connection. I called the internet service provider and complained about it. They sent some people to fix it but we were told that the good connection will not last long. We needed to readjust and extend the antenna to make it receive good connection. We also need to pay for the additional mast that they need to install. Since we didn't have extra money to have it done, they just did something to it but again told us that it won't be long before it would get crappy again. And true enough, for the past four days I've been having a hard time using the internet because the connection gets broken time and again. So I called the ISP and they sent some people again. This time we paid the additional fee for installing the mast. What I want to complain about is that after paying them for more than two consecutive years we still have to pay extra for the mast that they installed. Isn't it part of their jobs to give us the service that we are paying for? I mean, why should I pay for an Internet connection that isn't there? I was thinking of changing ISPs if something like this happen again. How's your internet service provider? Has anybody received the same crap as I did?

I also experience this crappy connection too, especially when heavy rains hit our town, and strong winds seem to take our connection away, not to mention a good fine day, when internet speed is so slow, i cant even do youtube.

Yeah, videos are exceptionally hard to view when connection's bad. The PC's almost useless for me without the Internet.
