it feels so hot these days here in Ph. though they say that north wind will soon blows bringing cold wind, i still can't feel it has come already. i just dont feel comfortable in sleeping when its hot and you're sweating. i believe we all deserve to have comfort, and we can't get comfort without a cost. sure enough i have something to buy this year end for my 13th month pay. oh! i wish we're all born with a silver spoon, and have all the good comfort money could buy. i envy those who can afford to go on vacation to some famous beaches and resort or spend days in a luxury hotel. how about you what your planning these days, where you heading for a vacation, or what new things will you be buying this season? i mean spend some time with your love ones and enjoy life. friend...

Before you buy, you could also try doing a little house renovation or cleaning. Move your furniture that is blocking the passage of air in your house. Install an exhaust fan especially in the kitchen :)

thanks for telling me that, it seems i'll be spending more for this project, before i'll finally install an aircon.

It must be lovely to live in a hot country and have air conditioning in the home. In my home country people tend to have gas central heating, under floor heating or electric heaters. Some have an electric fan in their home to use if it gets too hot in the summer time. At the moment it is autumn going on winter. I traveled to Colombia earlier this year with my disabled son and my daughter. We went to the Caribbean coast line. Last year we visited Canada. My daughter had her first birthday in Victoria on Vancouver Island. I had my birthday in Vancouver City. In the past I have been to tropical places including Samoa, French Polynesia, the Cook Islands, Belize, the Seychelles and the Maldives. I am an independent budget minded traveler. I stay in locally owned guest houses and unusual accommodation. I don't stay in luxury hotels. I like to stay where local people can afford to stay. I am keen on finding out about the local culture and the history of the place. I love to see native wildlife. I am just an ordinary person and I am not rich.

the problem between two worlds is not the same, we in warm world wants the comfort of cool places while your cool world is looking for hot and warm one. but its good that we have the means to travel and experience the same but of course not without a cost. and what you're doing is what i would love to do also given the means and the time.

good day arnoldream, its a nice one for you. aircon is one of the things i want to buy long time ago. apparently, my mom always disagree to the idea of buying one. as she have said, we will just use electric fans instead. as a result, we end up feeling the heat and humidity of the weather. as there are times, it is difficult to sleep at night. how i wish, i can have one here in our room. so we can have a comfortable relaxation.

i think you have to buy an AC, i have talk to a tech man about having an aircon and ask him how much will it cost me in my electric bill, and we made an actual computation and we arrive to something like 50 pesos worth of electric power i'll be paying each day for an 8 hours continuous AC. well that's manageable enough for me. compare to the comfort it will provide for the whole family

Its better to buy now that the holiday season is coming, meaning more sale! This way you may able to get an aircon for a lower price. When you buy an aircon, make sure to consider the area of your room, aircons are classified according to wattage depending on the floor area of the room.
