How much you can earn depends entirely on YOU - how much time you spend, whether you post good quality content and so on. Only YOU can decide how much you can make in a week and the best way to find out is to use the site, post good quality, descriptive responses to discussions and see how much you make each day.
If you can average 30 cents or so a day, then you will make the minimum $10 payout in a month. Most people don't manage to do this, at least at first, because they haven't yet learned what 'quality' means.
Read the Guidelines: http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx and get to know them thoroughly (and make sure that you keep to them) and the FAQs (which answer many questions you will have) and join in as many discussions as you can with good quality, descriptive and relevant responses.

If you had read the links I gave you properly, you would see that:
1) You should "Post quality content. For example, generate discussions that engage other users and provide insightful responses and comments to other users discussions to further the topic."
and
2) "Earnings are calculated based on a proprietary model that rewards quality responses, relevant discussions and images, and normal website activities."
MyLot will pay you NOTHING for responses like "me too", "i agree with u" or "women mature faster than men" because they do nothing to contribute to the discussion.
Questions like "Which is your favourite actress in bollywood" will be removed because they are "poll type" questions which don't engage other users ... that is, they don't encourage people to write QUALITY responses and don't make for any kind of discussion at all.
